1. Publishing & Export

Publishing and Export

Alfa’s output story is broader than “generate text and copy it somewhere.” The current product includes article status controls, multiple export formats, and a direct WordPress publishing path.

Article Status

The review workspace uses article states to track where a piece sits in your process:

  • Draft
  • In Review
  • Published

These states are lightweight, but they make it easier to use Alfa as part of a real editorial workflow.

Copy Actions

From the article review surface, you can copy content as:

  • Markdown
  • HTML
  • plain text

That is useful when the next step still lives in another editor or CMS.

File Export Formats

Alfa currently supports exporting:

  • Markdown (.md)
  • MDX (.mdx)
  • HTML (.html)
  • JSON (.json)

The JSON export is especially useful when another system needs structured article data and metadata instead of just rendered text.

WordPress Publishing

WordPress is the most complete built-in publishing integration in the current app.

Once configured per brand, you can:

  • test the connection
  • decide whether posts should publish as drafts or live immediately
  • push completed content directly from Alfa

Visual and Media Context

Some article runs include hero image or section image data, and the article metadata model supports featured image values. Treat that as supporting output rather than the center of the delivery workflow.

Other Publishing Targets

The settings surface currently lists additional destinations such as:

  • Webflow CMS
  • Ghost
  • HubSpot CMS
  • Shopify Blog
  • Next.js
  • API / Webhooks
  • Alfa-hosted blog

WordPress is the clearest shipped path today. The broader list shows where Alfa’s publishing surface is headed.
